ACER’s multidisciplinary expertise and versatile staff permit the implementation of research studies, surveys and training activities adaptable to a broad range of needs while assessing the social – economic developments of the country. Since 1994, ACER is the official publisher of the economic quarterly journal “Albanian Socio-Economic Review”.
