Dr. Zef PREÇI - Mr. Preçi has more than 25 years of working experience in economic research. He held high profile public positions such as, Minister of Economy and Privatization (1999), Economic Adviser to the President of the Republic (2002-2004), first Chairman of the Competition Authority (2004-2005); as well as performing representative tasks at different levels within the business community and civil society. He has provided expertise for various international institutions in capacity building, institutional development, economic and development policies etc. He is author of a considerable number of articles and various studies. Currently, Mr. Preci is the Editor in chief of "Albanian Socio-Economic Review" (former ‘Economy and Transition’), Member of the Supervisory Council of the Public Company for Energy Production, representative of civil society in the National Council for Gender Equality and member of the State Aid Commission. Prof. Ana Paula Ferreira Fernandes Lopes - She has a Ph.D. in Mathematics. She is professor at the Accounting and Administration Institute of the Porto Polytechnic (ISCAP/P.PORTO) since 2000. She is the author of several peerreviewed publications on the subject. She has been coordinator of several Projects related with the Use of Technology and Pedagogical Innovation in Distance Education. In 2015, she received the Award for Pedagogical Innovation in Distance Education. She has been Member of Scientific Committee of several International Conferences and is a Member of the Scientific Board of Hyperion Economic Journal (HEJ). She also serves as a regular reviewer as a member of the program committee for several International Conferences and Journals. She is a researcher at Communication and Education Research Centre (CEOS.PP) and researcher at Research Centre for the Study of Population, Economics and Society (CEPESE). Prof. Dr. Antonio da Silva ROBALO has more than 35 years of experience in institutions of higher education. He received his PhD from university of Trier (Germany) in 1992. In 2005 he become Full professor at ISCTE-IUL University Institute of Lisbon. He has been Dean for International Relations at ISCTE Business school, where he lectured in the area of Quantitative Methods and management. Currently his main area of lecturing and research is intercultural and comparative management. He is author and coauthor of many research articles, conference papers and studies. Prof. Dr. Dorota WITKOWSKA - Department of Finance and Strategic Management, University of Lodz, Poland. He received his PhD in 1985 from the University of Lodz. Prof. Witkowska has conducted her research at the University of Natural Sciences in Warsaw, Lodz Polytechnic, also at Princeton University, Pennsylvania University and Georg August University in Gottingen (Germany). Performs research on the Financial Market, Financial Econometrics, Comparative Studies, Multidimensional Statistical Analysis, Gender Studies which are funded by the Polish government and EU grants. Prof. Witkowska is the author and co-author of over 200 scientific articles published in Polish, English and Russian as well as 6 monographs and 9 university textbooks. Prof. Witkowska is a member of several international scientific organizations in Poland and around the world. Prof. Witkowska has held the position of Deputy Dean for Scientific Affairs at the Faculty of Applied Informatics and Mathematics at the University of Natural Sciences in Warsaw and a member of the executive board of the International Atlantic Economic Society.

Prof. Dr. Fatmir MEMAJ - More than 25 years experience in higher education institutions as Lecturer of Statistics and demography, Prof. Memaj is a Senior Analyst with an extensive experience in market research and project management. He received his PhD in 1996. In May, 2011 he became an Associated Professor and in March 2007, he received the Professor title. He has a wide experience in education and economy, stressing: Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Albania for economic affairs (1992-1993); Lecturer, Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Tirana (1994-1997); Head of Statistics Dep., Faculty of Economy, University of Tirana (1997-1998); Deputy Dean, Faculty of Business and Economics, UT (2003-) etc. Currently he is the Deputy Dean in the Faculty of Economy, University of Tirana. Prof. Dr. Iraj HASHI - Mr. Hashi has completed his Masters’ studies in the United States (University of Maryland) and Doctoral studies in the UK (University of Keele). He started the teaching career at Staffordshire University in 1978 as a Lecturer in Economics. Currently he is Professor of Economics and Director of the Centre for Research on Emerging Economies at Staffordshire University. His areas of specialization is microeconomics, industrial economics and, since the early 1990s, economics of transition. He has coordinated the School’s Erasmus, Socrates and Tempus programmes and its activities in Central and Eastern Europe. Additionally, he has been actively involved in research, teaching and consultancy in transition economies of Central and Eastern Europe since 1992, and has worked with universities and research and consultancy institutions in Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Kosovo, Macedonia, Poland and Russia on a range of projects dealing with challenges of transition in these countries. His research interests include: privatization and restructuring, corporate governance, industrial competitiveness, bankruptcy and reorganization, innovation and technical change. He has published many articles in peer-reviewed journals and chapters and books.

Prof. Dr. Janez Prašnikar, Full Professor of Economics, is the Executive Director of the Institute for South-Eastern Europe. He is also founder and director of the Residential Master's Programme in Business and Organization at the Faculty of Economics, the international recognized full time graduate programme at the University of Ljubljana. He was a member of the Strategic Board of the Prime Minister of Slovenia and of the programme committee of the President of Slovenia. As a research fellow he is affiliated to the William Davidson Institute at the University of Michigan Business School, USA, and Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) in London, United Kingdom. Dr. Prašnikar areas of expertise include transitional economics, enterprise behavior, entrepreneurship, managerial economics and labor relations. Dr. Janez Prašnikar finished his Ph.D. at the University of Ljubljana (1982). He was a Visiting Fellow at the University of Berkeley (fall 1984), Cornell University (spring 1985) and Pittsburgh University (fall 1987). From the spring 1997 to 2005 he was affiliated with the University of Michigan Business School. Professor Prašnikar has carried out research and given policy advice to companies and governments including former Yugoslavia, China and Slovenia. He also served as a president or member of the Supervisory Boards in numerous firms.

Prof. Dr. Justina SHIROKA PULA - Accomplishes 35 years of experience in higher education institutions, starting as assistant and attaining the Professor Doctor grade on 2004. Professor Shiroka Pula has been adherent to some of the most prominent academic institutions in Kosovo and Macedonia, both public and private, starting from the Economic Faculty at the University of Prishtina (1979 onward), where she forms part of professorate of Department of Managements’ bachelor, master and doctoral studies. Shiroka Pula has been a lecturer at the University of Tetova (1994-1999) and South Eastern European University in Tetova (2004-2004), as well as private universities in Prishtina, namely: Iliria (2006-2007, Fama (2006-2007 and Globus (2011-). Prof. Pula has chaired Mathematics and Statistics department of Economic Faculty from 1999 to 2001, as well as the Masters’ studies board of Health Management program (2002-2003). Aside from her academic engagement, Mrs. Pula has served for a term as Minister of Energy and Mining from 2007 to 2011, as well as being an incumbent deputy in the Kosovo parliament from 2011. Professor Justina Shiroka Pula has authored and co-authored more than 30 research papers on renowned journals and multiple abstracts from international scientific conferences. She also has many textbooks to her name in the field of Managerial Decision-making, Operational Programming and Entrepreneurship. Mrs. Pula has been certified from multiple programs on Small and Medium Business, Entrepreneurship, and Women in Economy, in France (French Government), in USA (Department of State) and UNIFEM. At present, Prof. Dr. Shiroka Pula is a professor of SME Management, Managerial Decision-making and Business Environment in bachelor studies; SME Entrepreneurship and Quantitative Methods in Management in master studies; as well as mentor of Management Doctoral Studies in Economic Faculty at University of Prishtina.

Prof. Dr. Dr.h.c. Heinz-Dieter WENZEL- has a long experience in economic issues. He studied mathematics with a diploma (Diplom-Mathematiker) in 1972 at the University of Münster and received his PhD (Dr.rer.pol.) in 1975 at the University of Heidelberg where he finished his Habilitation (Dr. habil.) in 1982. He has been a Professor in Public Finance at the University of Heidelberg (1983-19985) and a Professor of Economic Theory at Ludwig-MaximilianUniversity Munich (1985-1989). From 1989 he was Professor of Public Economics at Bamberg University, where he retired in 2011. From 1989 to 2011 he was the Head of Bamberg Economic Research Group on Government and Growth (BERG). In addition, in 2000 he took over the management of an international cooperative project between the University of Bamberg, Budapest, Sarajevo, Tirana, Tetovo, which formed an economic cooperation in research and teaching. He is the author of various books and articles.

Prof. Dr. Luigi D’AMBRA - Full time Professor of Statistics, Department of Economics, Management Institutions (University of Naples- Italy). He has a long experience in Statistics He has carried out an intense didactic and scientific activity in the University of Naples. He has followed numerous theses of statistics with focusing to the customer satisfaction in the context of Public services (transport, education, health). From 2003 is Secretary of ECAS (European Courses in Advanced Statistics). He has had an intensive collaboration with many Italian and foreign Universities. He is coordinator of the group of Statistics for the Evaluation and Quality in Services" (SVQS) of the Italian Statistical Society (SIS). In 2010 has been coordinator of project Design, Implementation and Validation of a Questionnaire for University Teaching Evaluation. He has organized several national and international conferences in which are discussed the evaluation of the university systems and multivariate analysis He has also edited the drafting of several books about the quality of services. He is the author/coauthor of several publications in International Journal of Statistics.

Prof. Dr. Nasir SELIMI - has been a professor in the Faculty of Business and Economics at South East European University in Tetovo since 2002. Prof. Dr. Statty STATTEV - Rector of the University of National and World Economy (UNWE). Deputy Chairman of The Rectors Council in Bulgaria. From 2003 to 2011 he was First Deputy Rector of UNWE, and from 1999 to 2003 - Dean of the Faculty of General Economics of the same University. Prof. Dr. Shyqyri LLACI - is a lecturer at FEUT, in the field of Business Management, Leadership and Corporate Governance. He has the title of Doctor in the field of productivity management and has been a lecturer at FEUT since 2001. Prof. Dr. Shyqyri Llaci is the author and co-author of several university textbooks, a monograph and has been involved in various projects and activities related to scientific research. He has also published many articles in Albania and abroad, in well-known scientific journals and conferences. During the years 1993-1994 and 2008-2012 he was the Deputy Dean and in the years 1994-1995 the Dean of the Faculty of Economics. He has published articles and scientific studies on management and business, aspects of the organization of firms and organizational effectiveness, dimensions of leadership in the Albanian environment. Prof. Dr. Yannis TSEKOURAS - Emeritus Professor of the University of Macedonia, Thessaloniki, Greece. He has studied to the Faculty of Economic and Political Sciences of the University of Basel (1962-1968), and his Ph.D. 1968-1971 into the University of Basel too. Prof. Tsekouras became Project Manager (Projektleiter) of the Economic Development Programming of the Canton of Baselland, Switzerland 1971-1974. At 1977 he was elected Professor extraordinarious of the University of Macedonia (former Higher School of Industry) of Thessaloniki, Greece. At 1980 he was elected Full Professor of the University of Macedonia, At 2004 he was elected Member of the Greek Parliament and Secretary of the Parliamentary Committee of Foreign Affairs and Defense and during 2007-2015 he was consultant of the President of the Greek Democracy. Prof. Tsekoursa was President of the Department of Economic Sciences at the University of Macedonia (1987-1991, Rector of the University of Macedonia (1991-1997. Also he has been elected President of the Department of Educational and Social Policy, President of the Department of Balkan, Slavic and Oriental Studies, Director of the Research Institute of University of Macedonia. During the period 1998-2015, Prof Trsekouras was President of the Association of Economic Universities of South and Eastern Europe and the Black Sea Region (ASECU). He is author and co-author of 36 text books, monographs and articles, and 22 papers presented in National and International Conferences

Prof. Dr Zhaklina PETO - Has completed his higher studies at the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana in 1995, with very good results. Its academic and professional formation, as the author of several university textbooks and national and international scientific publications with a time span, testifies to an uninterrupted scientific activity in the field of law. Over the years he has held several leading positions at the Faculty of Law of the University of Tirana as: Member elected to the Scientific Council of the Faculty of Law, member of the Senate of the University of Tirana, member of the Council of Professors, Head of the Department of Civil Law and elected for two terms, a position he currently holds.

Prof. Asoc. Dr. Florian NUTA - received a bachelor degree on Finance in 2003. In 2005 he received a master degree in Business Administration in University of Dunarea, Galati. In 2009, he received the PhD in Economics. He carried out post doctoral research stages at University of Messina (IT) and CNAM Paris (FR) in the field of SMEs social and environmental responsibility. He is executive editor of The Journal of Accounting and Management and member of a number of scientific journals advisory board. Prof. Asoc. Dr. Laura TAFARO - Associate Professor at the University of Bari. She has more than 20 years didactic experience in University Courses of Private and Civil Law, first as Lecturer, then as Assistant Professor and finally as Associate Professor. She received her PhD in Civil Law in 2003. In 1997 she was admitted in to the Specialization School in Civil Law (for a limited number) at the University of Camerino; in 2001 she won a competition (public selection) for an Assistant Professor position in Private Law, in 2004 she became an Associated Professor. From 2006 to 2012 she was Member of the Teaching Board of various Civil Law Ph.D. programmes; from 2007 to date she has several Institutional duties and, currently, she is Dean of Degree Course in Science and Technical Nautical Management. She has a wide experience in University and post-University education, stressing as President, Proposer and Scientific Coordinator of some Advanced Courses and Training Courses (2007-2013). From 2000 to date, she has collaborated and she was the Scientific Coordinator on various Research Projects. From 2005 to date she has various papers and lectures presented to various National and International Meetings in her fields, in Law of the Environment and Sustainable Development. She is author of monographs and essays published in National and International Reviews. She is member of the editorial board and of the Scientific Commitee in several National and International Scientific Reviews. In November 2018 she obtained the National Scientific Qualification (Abilitazione Scientifica Nazionale) to function as ordinary professor in Italian Universities.
